“I’m not really a vocal leader, but Shaina is,” Nique shared. “My role is to help keep the team calm and positive.”
“When Shaina gives instructions, I make sure to help keep the team steady. Because of this dynamic, the team functions better,” she added.
For Nitura, staying consistent is key to maintaining their strong performances throughout the season. “As the season goes on, I feel more comfortable,” she said. “At the start, I was a bit stiff, but with more experience, I’m improving. I know there’s still a long way to go, but I will continue to learn and grow.”
